I was born as a daughter of an owner of a grocery store established in Kyoto in 1893. Somehow, it might be just because of my background, I have been interested and having an insatiable curiosity in cooking to go to a cooking class in Tokyo. At the same time, of course, it’s the same to delicious foods.
The factor of what making dishes fascinating people is not only the tastes. Once I was having a delightful meal at a restaurant, I couldn’t get satisfied at all. Then, I found out that it was because of the plate on which foods were put. No matter how they are seasoned tasty, plates sometimes can make them marred in appearance. Through the experience, I got to particular about eating and kitchen utensils.
Reconsidering basics of necessities of life is essential to improve our quality of lives. I believe in this leads to make us rich mentally and physically. I wish the store would be helpful for improvements of people.
